When can I book a tour guide?

Booking a guide with Keikaku is possible from 1 year and up to 5 days before the desired date.
The Guide reservation form only allows to select the available days.

We work on a “first come, first served” basis.
We strongly recommend travelers to book their desired dates as soon as they can, as some are fully booked several months in advance!

It is especially true for touristic peak seasons in Japan:

• From late March to early May (spring holidays and sakura trees blooming season);
• from mid July to mid August (summer holidays);
• October (autumn holidays and beginning of red maple leaves season).

If you can’t click on a date in the reservation form, it means it is not available yet (more than 1 year before) or anymore (already booked). Please do not contact us to select this date, but just choose another one that fits your itinerary.
