Delivery Prices and Times

The following table presents the costs and estimated delivery times for each country of delivery. Shipping is made within 24 hours on business days, after order is validated.

Important notice:

  • The prices are flat rates regardless of the number of ordered items (JR Pass, Suica Card, Driving License translation, tickets, etc.);
  • If you don’t find your country of delivery in the list below, please contact us.

Shipment by Lettre Suivie La Poste (simple tracked mail) are directly delivered in your mail box, without signature.
Usually, private carriers (UPS) deliver parcels personally. The address you supplied must be as detailed as possible: apartment number, door access code, etc. Do not use a postal box! If absent, the carrier usually contacts you at the phone number you provided to schedule a new delivery or decide on a pick-up location at your convenience.
