How will the guide contact me?

Your reservation request is validated as soon as we have received the payment of reservation fees. You will then receive an e-mail to confirm the validation of your reservation and the dates you selected are booked for you. Your guide in Japan is immediately notified with all the information you provided.

A couple of days later, the guide will contact you by e-mail to introduce himself / herself. If you booked a date several month ahead, please bear in mind that the guide might prioritize their replying to travelers with the nearest arrival date in Japan. As a consequence, it can take a bit longer than a few days for the guide to contact you. After the first contact, the guide will design a tour taking into account your preferences, always by e-mail.
