With Keikaku’s Airport Guidance Service, a guide will welcome you at your arrival in Japan and take care of you from your getting off the plane.
The guide will answer to all your questions and give useful tips for a good start of your travel: how to use transportation, where to eat, etc. Keikaku’s Airport Guidance Service is available at the three main airports in the country: Tokyo-Narita (NRT), Tokyo-Haneda (HND) and Osaka-Kansai (KIX).

Note that Keikaku’s guides are not porters! However, they can fill in shipping forms to have your luggage delivered to your hotel (paid delivery service or takkyubin: about a few dollars per suitcase, depending on its size). Luggage are usually delivered on the next day.

- Your own personal expenses (transportation, meal, admission fee, etc.)
- Insurances
Allow about ¥1,000 to ¥3,000 (~$7 to ~$21) for transportation per person on average, sometimes covered by the JR Pass (our guide will inform you by e-mail before your arrival).
We offer several types of Airport Guidance Services.
Short Guidance (duration: 3 h)
The guide meets you at the airport and take you to your accommodation:
- In Tokyo when landing in Narita or Haneda Airport.
- In Osaka or Kyoto when landing in Kansai Airport.
Transportation method is train or bus, depending on your preferences regarding speed, convenience and comfort; taxi is possible, to your own expense. During the ride, the guide will share the basics of life in Japan and useful tips for your stay, and will provide you a lot of information and anecdotes.
Once you have checked-in at your accommodation, the guide will show you around the neighborhood to introduce the necessities, such as the nearest train or subway station, and small shops: Konbini and supermarket, post office, ATM, drugstore, etc.
Time range for the Airport Guidance Service according to the scheduled landing hour: From 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Guidance Service starts from the moment you meet the guide at the airport.
Long Guidance (duration: 8h)
The Long Guidance Service starts with the same features as the Short Guidance (see above) and allows, after getting familiar with the accommodation’s neighborhood, to continue directly with traditional sightseeing tours:
- In Tokyo when landing in Narita or Haneda Airport.
- In Osaka or Kyoto when landing in Kansai Airport.
Time range for the Airport Guidance Service according to the scheduled landing hour: From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Guidance Service starts from the moment you meet the guide at the airport.
See Off Service (duration: 3h)
The guide shows you to the airport and answers your last questions about Japan. According to your feedbacks on the trip, you will receive personalized advices on how to enjoy your next stay even more!
Time range for the See Off Service according to the scheduled take off hour: From noon to 11 p.m.
In any case, please fill the reservation form with your flight’s scheduled landing time, with a special attention to the arrival date (often D +1 or -1 from the departure date).
