Can I choose my guide or contact them before paying the reservation fee?

Guides are dispatched for each reservation request according to several criteria among which:

• Their availability;
• The city they live in and how far it is from the place to visit. 

For these reasons, and to avoid any kind of discrimination, requesting one specific guide in our team is not possible.

Moreover, it is not possible to contact a guide and / or prepare a tour with them before the payment of reservation fees, to avoid any misuse of this service.
