What are the time ranges of Keikaku tours?

The maximum time ranges for our guidance and tour services are the following:

• Half a day (length 4h): Morning from 8:30 a.m. To 1 p.m. OR Afternoon 1:30 p.m. To 6 p.m.
• One day within the city boundary / Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka (length 8h): 8:30 a.m. To 6:30 p.m.
• Long Day / Excursions to other destinations (length 10h): 8:30 a.m. To 7 p.m.
• Evening (length 3h): 6:30 p.m. To 10 p.m.
• Airport guidance / See off services (length 3h or 8h): See the dedicated page

Your guide will do their best accommodate your wishes within these time ranges.

MEALS

Depending on the type of guiding service, you might share a meal with the guide:

• Half a day tour: none
• One day tour: lunch only
• Evening tour: dinner only on demand (you will have to pay for the guide’s dinner)
• Airport Guidance Service (Long Guidance only: lunch or dinner according to your arrival schedule.
