Many places in Japan forbid to phone on their premises (public transportations, temples and shrines, some restaurants, etc.), so it is likely that our guides might not be able to maintain the quality level we are striving for.
Concierge service is not an easy task to perform in Japan: it would require a staff dedicated solely for this service, incurring very expensive fees for our customers.
