You can first use the reservation form to express your preference, then discuss by e-mail of the meeting place (and time) with the guide before your visit. The rendezvous can be either at your hotel’s lobby, or at the doorstep of your accommodation if you stay within the city.
Other customers prefer meeting the guide at the first place to visit in the program they decided together, to save time.
