Do Keikaku Tour Guides have credentials?

Guides working with Keikaku own at least Japan’s National Tour Conductor Certification ("Tenjoin").
Some of them are also National Licensed Guide Interpreters ("Tsuyaku-Annaishi").  
All of them are obviously fluent in Japanese and in English, and have a considerable experience working in tourism and hospitality industry in Japan.

In the same manner as it is not possible to select a specific guide when booking, it is not possible to choose a guide from their degrees and certifications either.

All guides working for Keikaku have received our specific training before joining the team, in which we prioritize qualities such as customer care, thoroughness, conviviality, timeliness and flexibility.
