Have my JR Pass been shipped / delivered?

You can track the delivery of you JR Pass exchange vouchers:

  • From your order status page; and,
  • From the e-mail sent after payment completion.

In most of the cases (except for situation of an exceptional number of orders), we ship your order within 24 hours on business days after your order is confirmed. The tracking is not available during this period, so please be patient.

Moreover, it is sometimes necessary to wait for an additional 24 to 48 hours for the activation of the tracking number by the transporter, on which we have no influence. Tracking pages on the transporters’ websites might also be temporarily unavailable. 

Tracking issue / claims

Be reminded that Keikaku is not liable for any loss, or deterioration or delivery problem of your order that may arise due to the transporter or the delivery end.

If you have a question about delivery or in case of a delivery problem, please first contact the relevant transporter, with your tracking number, before contacting us.

Reshipments

Our agency cannot ship new JR Pass identical to those previously sent: the original JR Pass must be returned and received by our agency prior to any reissuing, whatever the reason for reissuing is.

If the mail was returned to the sender, reshipment fee are at the purchaser’s expenses according to the shipping page price list.
