How can I modify or update a validated tour reservation?

If you want to add new tour or guidance dates, you can do it with the button “add a guidance service” from you personal reservation form (accessible via the link displayed in your request validation e-mail).

If you want to modify a tour or guidance service date, there are two possibilities:

• If you haven’t payed the reservation fee yet, you can modify the date from your personal reservation form by clicking on the pencil-shaped orange icon Modify next to the date to change; 
• If you have already payed the reservation fees and reservation is validated, you can use the contact form to let us know the date to modify (please note that availability is not guaranteed).

Please note that changing guide is not possible: they are dispatched as the best match for each request, according to their availability and the area they live in.
