If cancellation is a demand from the customer, regardless of the reason, 25% of the total amount of the service (the total amount of the reservation fee) will be charged as cancellation fees.
If you made a 100% advance payment, we will refund 75% of the total amount.
If the customer doesn’t show ("no show") on the tour day, no refund is made.
For any cancellation request, please contact us via the contact form and explain the situation in details. If applicable, refund will be made within 30 days at the latest.
If the guidance service is cancelled by Keikaku (in case of force majeure), you will be totally refund within 7 days at the latest.
