In case of a delayed landing in Japan or missed transfer, the guide will do their best to accommodate the situation and postpone the service, except when they are not available beside the scheduled service. For a safer trip, we suggest booking a flight with a Japanese airline (JAL - Japan Airlines / ANA - All Nippon Airways) to ensure chances of a timely landing.
In case of force majeure (for example earthquake, typhoon, or canceled flight), the guide will contact you to explain what to do: possible planning modifications, postponing to another date if possible, or as a last resort and provided there is no other solution, cancellation of service.
The same procedure applies if the guide falls sick. Fortunately, these occurrences are quite rare and we do our best to provide the service in any situation.
