Is the JR Pass shipped directly / can you fax or e-mail it?

No, the JRP Voucher is an original, forgery-proof document provided by Japan Railways and stamped by our travel agency as an authorized seller.
It is nominative and embeds a secured chip.

There is no digital version (PDF or other format) of the JR Pass.
The JR Pass voucher can only be sent by postal mail (list of shipping countries).

It cannot be reissued if lost.

The paper exchange order (Voucher) that you will receive is to be used in Japan. The final JR Pass can only be obtained in Japan, and nowhere else, only when exchanging the Voucher that you can order on our site.
