How to modify or cancel a Pocket Wi-Fi rental?

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify the Pocket Wi-Fi rental dates.

No refund will be made in case of shortening the rental period's length.

If you cancel the Pocket Wi-Fi rental, you will be charged the following fees:

• If we receive the cancellation request more than 30 days before the intended first day of rental: Refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee;
• If we receive the cancellation request between 30 days and 6 days included before the intended first day of rental: Refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee;
• If we receive the cancellation request 5 days or less than 5 days before the intended first day of rental: No refund.
