How do I collect / return the Pocket Wi-Fi?

The Pocket Wi-Fi devices, handling and subscriptions are managed by Keikaku’s subsidiary in Japan. It is not possible to collect or return a Pocket Wi-Fi from any other country than Japan.

COLLECT

AT THE AIRPORT

If you choose to collect your Pocket Wi-Fi at the airport, the pick up places vary according to your landing airport and time.

1 to 2 days before your flight, you will receive by e-mail a comprehensive PDF document listing the counters with detailed maps of the airports where Pocket Wi-Fi pick up is possible.

Pocket Wi-Fi pick up is possible at any time, notwithstanding your landing hour in Japan.

However, Pocket Wi-Fi pick up is only possible in the airports listed in our rental form.

AT THE HOTEL

If you choose the delivery to your hotel in Japan, you will receive it from the reception desk when checking in, so don’t forget to ask for it!

RETURN

Return the Pocket Wi-Fi (on the last day of rental period at the latest) with the provided prepaid envelop. Please follow the return instructions you will receive in an e-mail a couple of days before your departure.

Returning the Pocket Wi-Fi from another place than the pick up or delivery place is possible.

You can return the device from anywhere in Japan, included from the airports.
Don't forget to return it before entering the airport's customs area!
