When can I place a reservation order on a Pocket Wi-Fi?

You can rent a Pocket Wi-Fi up to ~5 days before the desired starting date of the rental period.
This minimum 5 days period can not be shortened: this time is necessary to prepare, ship and deliver your order.

As we have limited stocks, our reservation system is based on a “First come first served” basis. We can only suggest our customers to book their Pocket Wi-Fi as early as possible, especially for high touristic periods when traveling in Japan:

• from mid-March to mid-May (spring holidays and sakura trees blooming);
• July and August (summer holidays);
• October and November (autumn holidays and red maple leaves season).

If, after selecting the desired period, the reservation form indicates that no Pocket Wi-Fi is available for these dates, feel free to contact us so we can find a solution together.
